Pop-up Diner - Hunan rice noodles

Excited to host a one day pop-up at @solid.berlin 

After a successful Hunan supper club in spring, we’ve been looking for a way to share that specific, spicy comfort with more of you.

This time, we’re focusing on Hunan rice noodles, unpretentious, functional, and deeply tied to the memory of the street. Along with the noodles, we’ll be serving a starter and something sweet to finish.

If you haven’t had them before: Hunan rice noodles are a staple of Xiang cuisine, 1 of 8 regional cuisines in China. It’s traditionally bold, and something we feel is missing from the Berlin food scene.
